Project Overview:
Walk into this bathroom and the first thing you notice is the calm. Large-format marble-effect tiles run throughout the space, and their soft veining creates a seamless backdrop that makes the room feel bigger than it is. Fewer grout lines, more visual space.
The freestanding bath is the centrepiece. Its sculpted curves sit beautifully against the stone, while brushed brass tap ware and a handheld shower add quiet luxury without shouting for attention.
Every detail has a purpose. Recessed niches keep bottles off the floor, a warm brass towel rail adds comfort, and the wall-mounted basin on a fluted vanity keeps the floor clear, which is a big part of why the room feels so open. Layered spotlights and a backlit mirror bring the light in at just the right level, from bright and practical to soft and relaxed.
Modern minimalism doesn’t have to feel cold. Here, clean lines, natural textures and a neutral palette come together into a space that feels fresh, elegant and entirely liveable.
This is what a well-planned refurbishment can do.
