Project Description:
Project nickname: Reed Reserve
Client: Nigel & Deborah
Project: Utility Room
Range: Second Nature Belsay Smooth
Location: BR7 - Chislehurst
Year: 2025
Project Overview:
Nigel and Deborah came to us with a clear vision: transform their compact utility room into a refined, highly organised space that truly reflects their lifestyle. They wanted more than just a practical room, they sought a beautifully finished area, complete with a charming boot seat for coats and shoes, where function meets everyday elegance.
Design Choices:
We selected our Belsay Smooth door style in Reed Green for a timeless look, pairing it with a quartz Marbled White worktop, polished chrome handles, and a classic ceramic double sink. Extra tall cabinets, hidden laundry appliances, and an integrated freezer keep the space both seamless and practical. The boot seat offers a welcoming, organised spot for daily essentials.
Challenges Encountered:
Ceiling height differences and the need for symmetry meant we had to plan every detail carefully. Bespoke cabinetry and a smart layout made the most of every inch, balancing style with maximum storage.
