Welcome to the grand opening of our first show home, "The Bromley Retreat". Designed for modern living, it features an open-plan kitchen that truly becomes the heart of the home, with a practical utility room positioned alongside a bathroom, perfect for keeping everyday life organised, calm, and effortless.
In the kitchen, we have chosen our UNITY range in Oxford Blue and Hayward Concrete, paired with a striking Morpheus Dekton worktop featuring a full-height splashback and a waterfall edge for a crisp, architectural finish. Graphite handleless rails run seamlessly through the space, with discreet “secret” doors leading through to the rest of the home. Premium matt black BORA appliances sit alongside the Quooker 5-in-1 Flex tap, bringing together standout design and everyday practicality. Clever storage solutions, like the LeMans corner unit and pull-out larders, ensure everything has its place, so daily routines feel smooth and effortless.
For the utility room, we selected our Mornington Shaker range in a natural oak finish, complemented by a coordinating worktop and full splashback to keep the look beautifully connected to the kitchen. Matching oak knob handles add a refined, cohesive touch. A freestanding washing machine and tumble dryer sit neatly within the space, alongside a large multi-purpose sink to handle busy household tasks with ease. With generous storage, the room stays tidy, keeping clutter tucked away behind closed doors.
The bathrooms in The Bromley Retreat are designed to feel like a boutique hotel, calm, refined, and effortlessly luxurious. They feature fluted shower glass for texture and privacy, a wall-mounted vanity in a natural oak finish, and a sleek wall-hung toilet to keep the space feeling open and contemporary. Finishes are elevated with marble-effect porcelain tiles, complemented by a herringbone-tiled feature wall to add depth and detail. For everyday convenience, the shower area includes built-in wall niches, creating practical, clutter-free storage for shampoos and toiletries. To complete the look, integrated LED lighting and built-in mood lighting set the perfect ambience, whether you are getting ready for the day or winding down in the evening.
